Working Principle

The Single Rotor Sand Maker operates by using a high-speed rotating rotor to impact and crush the raw materials fed into the crushing chamber. The materials are accelerated and thrown against the crushing chamber walls and other materials, creating a cascading effect that breaks the particles into smaller sizes. The continuous impact and friction between the rotor and the materials achieve fine crushing and shaping. The adjustable rotor speed and feed size allow for control over the final product’s granularity and shape.
