Working Principle

Working Principle

The Double Toothed Roll Crusher operates by using two counter-rotating rollers equipped with large, sharp teeth to grip, shear, and crush materials fed from the top. As the material enters the crushing chamber, it is pulled into the gap between the rollers and broken down by the combined action of compression and shearing. The gap between the rollers can be adjusted to control the final particle size. For safety and equipment protection, the crusher is fitted with a spring or hydraulic overload protection system, which allows the rollers to automatically separate when unbreakable materials are encountered. This ensures efficient, continuous operation with reduced wear and downtime.
